After that, you make your choices and then order the package(s) via Paypal, you will be redirected automatically to a webpage where you can fill in a design specification form. We will contact you to confirm your purchase order details, thus make sure your email is correct (please avoid using free email service like Yahoo Mail or Hotmail, it happens so often that those email services couldn’t receive email from recipients)
Q2 : What is your average turnaround time?
A: The average turnaround time is usually 2-5 working days for the first design package. However, this turnaround time is varies based on types of design packages and our current workload for any given time. If you want to find out our current turnaround time, please feel free to contact us.
Q3 : Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A: Yes, we do offer discounts for bulk order purchases. Please contact us with the amount of packages you wish to purchase and we will send you a special bulk discount quote.
Q4 : How do you deliver the finished product?
A: Once your designs are completed, we will send you the complete package in zip file to your email address.
Q5 : How do we keep in touch during my graphic’s production?
A: Our communication is via email only at this moment.
Q6 : Do I get to keep the original .PSD files?
A: Only on upon customer’s request, with no additional charge. However, customer has no right to resell the psd files or the graphics without our written permission first. Please contact us for more details.
Q7 : How many times I can request for design revision?
A: We offer our design services with 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed, which means we will revised the design package until you like it! In other means, is unlimited revision from us within 14 days of the first design package delivered, but usually very rare that our customers ask for revision because most of them love their first design package that we delivered.
Q8 : Do you have a refund policy?
A: Sorry, there is no refund in design services as it involve man power and creativity effort, but you are protected by our 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. However, we are here for long long time and serve as many people as possible , you can look at our portfolio for our works.
